oh my, I haven't posted here since ages! so many things have changed, good and bad result = puzzled :)

I am so grateful to this web, as I use my own blog to inspire me.

Returned from Pakistan, I could not keep raw food all the time, and I had back and forward for about 2 months. It is so hard to come back to my pure lifestyle that I had I could not believe. To be honest I am still struggling, and its have been 5 months now.

So here I am on my day 5 of my juice feast! Feeling buzzing and tired at the same time. After watching Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead I decided to juice for 10 days! I think this particular movie is making to do juice feast everyone after watching it J

Since my return to UK from Pakistan, I was struggling to get back to my raw diet, I would bite here and there, and I was not feeling great. Also I have put back few kilos and I was not happy about it either. So I decided to…

Also it has been difficult with foods, after a month eating everything.... but I cope, I dont push myself and decided to take it slowly…

Hello hello!!!

For the whole month on my trip to Pakistan, I have been eating everything that has been served. And I can tell that it was delicious! Pakistani food is amazing, but it is not raw and it is not vegan or vegetarian. But one good thing that I have found out that they do not use any fertilizers, so that means all organic. The flower that my mother in law used to make with a lot of love paratha and naan (different kinds of breads) were all made from the organic…

The only things you can control are:

how you think and speak, what you do:  what you eat, what you drink, when you move your body, when you sleep, how you will respond to any situation.

Master these simple things positively and you will be amazed at the changes that will come into your life!  Let this be your year to SHINE!!
