I live on the island of Kauai with my husband and our three children. We lead a pretty active healthy lifestyle, but I have always had low back trouble. I recently gave birth, and Iam looking for inspiration to get more healthy and more fit and to have more energy. My family and I just watched Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead on Netflix, and my husband and I got excited about juicing. I have been doing some research, and have found many inspiring websites. My internet journey has led me to raw food rehab.
