Craving Grains!!

Posted on May 26, 2013 at 2:44pm 11 Comments

I wake up every morning thinking "raw food, raw food, raw food", and then I walk into the kitchen to find a pan of freshly baked cinnamon rolls, or some kind of pastry from the bakery. There's also the two giant bags of potato chips on my counter. Now, this wouldn't be a problem if I weren't such a carboholic. What my brain and my body likes are still two totally different things.
