I haven' been on here for over a month! And yes, I have to admit I was eating some cooked food. I was mostly raw then I got a stomach virus which had me afraid to eat. Then I only trusted cooked food (I haven't had any meat!) so I've been a vegetarian.

I'm surprised, I didn't think I'd lose another 5 because I've been having a lot of protein (soy and a spirulina supplement with protein).
