Sounds like you have created a great plan for yourself! I am not into dietary dogma and think each individual has to find the best combination that works for them and thier lifestyle. At Raw Food Rehab, we encourage people to simply add more fresh fruits and vegetables into their existing diets and hopefully, as they further educate themselves about REAL food, they will enjoy exploring that exciting part of what nature so beautifully provides for us.
