Today has been my wife's birthday and because we haven't been into vegan-raw food for a long time, I guess we are still stuck in our old ways, so I prepared tiramisu and some pasta. We had good time together and I couldn't really think about the food that much, we went to the city center and I saw on offer to beautifully ripe papayas and mangoes, so I bought the lot.Recently I have been living on raw food every day for as much as 75%-80% of the food I eat, but today was a special occasion, I…See More

"I have researched a bit and it looks like vegetables can be considered raw if their temperature doesn't go above 115 degrees. I have ordered a food thermometer and I will tell you how long they can be steamed before they reach this temperature.…"

Hi there! This is my first (I hope of many) posts.
