Thanks for adding me as a friend, DedeGirl. This is one of my favorite combinations for making a green smoothie. Blend: Two oranges, huge handful of baby spinach, liquid Stevia to taste for sweetness, ½ teaspoon vanilla if you like, almond milk for my liquid and flavor. If you don’t use Stevia, use what you enjoy. Add ice or serve over ice. Enjoy! It reminds me of the sugary Orange Julius my children would buy out at the Mall. Have a great day : )
Love your profile photo, DedeGirl. She is what I call a real woman!
I saw your comment about the juicer on Eva's blog and wanted to say, "Hello". If you do invest in the Omega augur juicer, be aware that soft fruits can turn more the texture of applesauce. But sometimes I like that in my juice and when I want raw applesauce I know just what to do : )
Welcome to Raw Food Rehab, DedeGirl. We are rolling out the red carpet for you! This is a wonderful community of people with lots of wisdom and love to share. I look forward to getting to know you better as we cross paths in the Mansion's easy access to learning and friendship. Enjoy!
