Help with A Recipe if you can Please!

I ate at a really cute place called Silly's in Portland, ME this morning.  I had vegan french toast that was sooooo good!

I asked for the recipe and all they gave me were the ingredients.  No measurements or instructions.  I'm not big on creating in the kitchen so I was wondering if anyone could help.

These are the ingredients:

Bread: flour, water, live yeast, salt and sugar

Batter:  soy (I assume milk), cinnamon, vanilla and…

Hubby: "You do know that when you order something from Amazon I have to pay it, right?"  HA HA HA!!!

Hi D.J.! I hope you have a wonderful final week at RB! Congrats on your fun purchases! I have some paint strainer bags from Lowes to use as a Nut Milk Bag for now. I would like to know how the psyllium husk powder makes you feel after a couple of weeks!

Thanks for the friendvite!  It is exciting to have the Cleanse in Stephenville! and I am so blessed to have happened upon it while Facebooking and wondering what the heck was I going to do to get out of my rut!  Feeling better everyday since adding more and more raw to my diet.
