Any suggestions for eating raw in Mexico? I am going to an intensive language school and will be staying and eating with a host family- at least for the first week or so. I have requested no meat and just veggies and fruits. I am not opposed to eating cooked food as my focus is on learning the language rather than being completely raw. I have been doing pretty well lately. I get up every morning and go to the gym from 5=6 and I drink green smoothies for lunch and breakfast and a huge salad for supper. Occasionally I will eat things like special foods for events that are not raw but I am pretty picky and usually do not eat very much at all.

So excited- I brought a raw dessert to 2 different Thanksgiving meals and everyone loved them..
