Click Here if you are ready for a BREAKTHROUGH!!

"All personal breakthroughs being with a change in beliefs.

So how do we change?

The most effective way is to get your brain to associate massive pain to the old belief.

You must feel deep in your gut that not only has this belief cost you pain in the past,

but it's costing you in the present &, ultimately, can only bring you pain in the future.

Then you must associate tremendous pleasure to the idea of adopting a new, empowering belief.”

Two weeks ago I take up the juice one day a week program. How excited am I? ... I can put to use all the juice recipes that I have and see first hand what all the fuss is about. Second week down and still good to go with juice one full day a week. Everyone is right ... juicing is great. I am not so young but still naive ... I tend to believe 100% what I hear and read from what I feel are "trusted" sources. I was not let down on the juicing info.

I read Susan's posts all the time and… Continue

It's heaven when you find romance on your menu

What a difference a day made

And the difference is you

I love listening to cuddle inducing love songs by Dinah Washington on cold, dreary days. It is a great excuse to put the business phones to voicemail, brew a cup of tea and take a snuggle break with my husband of 32 years who I love so much. Listening to her lyrics ... in particular the title ... made me think about this past week ... which has been far busier and stressful… Continue

Day one - 30 day raw and also my JUICE day!

After a pretty SAD weekend I embarked upon my 30 day challenge, beginning each week with a juice day. I started out just wanting to eat ... not a good sign. So I downed 32 ounces of lemon water and then made a quart of kale, spinach, celery, ginger, cucumber, lemon and an apple juice. That took me through the afternoon. I finished up the 2nd part of the day with a kale, spinach, cucumber, ginger, lime and orange juice. Small amounts of fruit, massive amounts of kale, spinach and a big chunk of… Continue

The Rolling Stones, summer of “67 … the "Summer of Love". Walking barefoot through fields of lush greens and brilliant flowers. I loved it all … being carefree, the music and the nature. As I got older, I married and had children … I became more responsible and looked at my life a bit more seriously and with permanence. Among other things, I had a house whose property value I wanted to maintain … so I tended our yard and garden weekly. My greatest frustration has always been dealing with weeds… Continue
