Every time I recommit to a higher level of raw, I go through a little detox period. This time, even though I've been fairly high raw all along, taking things up a notch got me two days of low grade headache and one night of (very rare) poor sleep. I've been absent for a long time, but I have a lot to say, so I'm stepping back in here to introduce myself to the friends I have yet to meet and wave hello to veteran 'habbers. This afternoon, I went to pick up the registration packet for the half-marathon I'm running in tomorrow morning. Handed my ID/license to one of the registration people and had a pleasant little chat with her as we went through the confirmation process. As she handed my license back to me, she said, "You look AMAZING."
