"I've read that, too.  But, if you're not 100% raw, you can sprout and cook the black beans and being sprouted is much better for you.  You might want to try an experiment that I haven't done yet and that would be to sprout…"

"DeAnna, you can have detox symptoms for several years after going 100% raw. It just depends on your age and how many toxins you've consumed over the years. But it can also indicate a hormone imbalance. You may want to check it out with a blood…"

Wendy Geesey replied to DeAnna Cabarcas's discussion Raw with Acne? in the group Wellness Center

Happy with my initial results!

I have been raw (85-90%) for 5 weeks and I just had my first weigh-in.  I am so happy with my result!  I lost 9 pounds in 5 weeks, which is better than I have done in a long, long, long time.  Yay raw foods!!!!

The only things you can control are:

how you think and speak, what you do:  what you eat, what you drink, when you move your body, when you sleep, how you will respond to any situation.

Master these simple things positively and you will be amazed at the changes that will come into your life!  Let this be your year to SHINE!!
