So, after being raw for a month I broke. I'm not beating myself up but I did have to re-evaluate why I was doing this in the first place. I want ultimate health. I want to feel my feet again and I want my hair to grow like it use to. All of these "little" things remind me of how in health I use to be. This is my vow to stay on this diet. Merry Christmas everyone!! So I'm still shooting this documentary and I'm thinking about making a new youtube channel as Chocolate Sapote showcasing my progress. So I've been on a high fruit diet and it's been an amazing experience thus far. I'm diabetic and at first I was scared to do such a thing. But I learned the proper way to do it. In my experience when I eat mostly all fruits my blood sugars have been within range. I learned that fructose is the only sugar that doesn't need insulin to break into the cell wall.

So I've been doing this raw/vegan thing for about a week or so and my main staple has been fruit and tons of it. As some of you know I'm a type 1 diabetic and I'm on a pump. I have insulin pumping in me hourly at a slow rate. I was kinda scared doing this because I know that fruit is loaded with sugar, but it's a good sugar.
