Just simply feeling so yuck is what has finally brought me back to Raw in the hopes of creating a healthy lifestyle again.. all the amazing fresh fruit on our Bahama's trip didn't hurt the push back here either!

I wrote this in my personal journal this AM:

Sanibel Island, FL last Spring...

It seems every Spring I am drawn back to Raw.  I started back yesterday (high raw).. I won't be putting pressure on myself to be 100%, this is what the problem was in the past.

I have health issues and still need to lose 100 pounds.

I need to be a…

So I wanted to post that I am now down 7.8 pounds so far!

I read and watch videos of so many others that have that bliss and have taken all their excess fat off.. I am absolutely positive I am just as able to do this as they were.  I am very ready and very willing and accept that it won’t be peaches and…

you know, fruit makes me feel so good - and yes, from years of people saying don't eat too much fruit, I say, FRUIT off!!

my juices everyday are the pretty much the same:

watermelon, lime and ginger

celery, lemon, green apple, spinach, kale, parsley, cilantro, romaine, green grapes, cucmber

pinapple, beet, carrot, celery, ginger

carrot, apple, celery, ginger (old standby that my husband insists on daily)

And when I am struggling to NOT consume junk (which happens) I make a banana, coconut water and meat, vanilla bean paste, maca, soaked dates, soaked chia seeds, raw cocoa smoothie - I swear it taste better than a chocolate shake!!

Oh and I drink a green smoothie that is usually spinach, berries, coconut water and bananas before I do any activity.

I did great yesterday, although felt alittle sluggish during the day but then my energy kicked into gear around 7 pm! wow. How did you do?
