I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach graduating from IIN in 2012. I am also a trained Raw Food Chef. I am a farmer in Eastern Washington. I have two grown children and 2 beautiful grand daughters aged 11 1/2 and 10, they keep me very busy and I am so happy to be able to keep up with them most of the time! HA! I workout with Crossfit and I love taking long walks out here in the country where I am blessed to be living! :)

Clean eating, Paleo…. all of the above! Believe in bio-individuality, I eat what serves my best health at the time.
