everything... I know NOTHING... I watched Sick, fat and dearly dead... so I need lots of help...

Hi Cindy, Thanks for the friend request! I got all my juicefeasting info (grocery list included) on juicefeasting dot com. I just couldn't understand why tomatoes were not on the list, but I'm going to include them at least once or twice a week now :) Have a nice day! :)

The only things you can control are:

how you think and speak,what you do:  what you eat, what you drink, when you move your body, when you sleep, how you will respond to any situation.

Hey! Learn about all of this before diving head first. You gotta figure, I've been Raw for 6 years and when I first went 100%, after years of migraines and non-functioning thyroid, I didn't know how to do ANYTHING and there was not a lot of info out there. Don't burn yourself out trying to do it all, all at once.
I try to drink half my weight in water a day (in ounces) - that's the rule of thumb. Do I do it everyday? No, but I strive to. And same with juice. It's about a gallon a day, some days less. It depends. Do I beat myself up if I don't consume enough of either? Nope, I just try to do better the next day.

It's a learning process...

Hey Cindy - hmmm, a typical day for me would be waking up and immediately drinking a quart of water; to break my fast from the night before. Then I will make a fruit juice and my green juice, which is either either a green smoothie or green juice to take to work. Like today I had orange and pineapple, it made 16 ounces. Then I made a green juice - cucumber, romaine, spinach, and 2 apples. This made 32 ounces. I also drink (at work) about 51 ounces of water, before lunch. Lunch I came home and made a peach/papaya smoothie (just water, one peach and one papaya, blended and ice). I also drink another 32 ounces of water. I haven't decided what I will juice for dinner, but I'm thinking kale, apple, carrots maybe, 32 ounces, and more water before bed.

I DO take 500 mg of a kelp supplement for my thyroid. I will also add wheatgrass powder, msm, spirulina, green powder, which contains a slew of land and sea greens. I'm using these up and may or may not buy more. Probably WILL buy more. I tend to do a teaspoon of each, but I did not start out with that much.

Gradually work your way up to more of whatever. Make foods you will WANT to eat/drink. DO NOT EXPECT instant results.

Pre juice fast/feast I was spinning an hour a day and/or lifting weights (kettle bell) or rebounding. Just changing it up. I have NOT done any workouts since fasting, because I usually get a fasting headache (didn't this time), but did not want to aggrevate it and bring one on. I will begin moving my body again this week.
