About Me: (at least a couple of sentences; ex: family, interests, hobbies, favorite quote, personal mission statement, etc
I guess I will always be looking for something, like the truth, a clearer head...some days just my keys. Expansion, with full attention and intention.
Ive been vegan for 10 years and high raw for 4-years-ish. Im an air pollution scientist and work with lots of data and numbers, so raw food gives me that everyday creative outlet and balance that inspires me.
Im also a happy mom and a wife. I love gardening, reading and living.
In the last year Ive been completely swept off by the Anastasia books (Ringing Cedar series). They changed me. For the better.

Hi Chuti, yes I think it's nice to connect with other Europeans aswell. When I lived in London we'd go to Brighton on the weekends sometimes and sleep on the beach. It was so lovely there, not just having the ocean but the city itself. I'm curious about the Ringing Cedars Series, I might get the first book and see how I like it. Enjoy your journey too and I'll hopefully connect with you here on the RFR again.
i am doing a little research on gallbladder/liver flushes right now. some things say not to do it if you have stones because they can get blocked.....some say not to do it without doing a kidney and parasite cleanse first. lol it's a bit overwhelming! not breastfeeding is soooo liberating! i'm still getting used to it, it's a very strange feeling. how is your raw journey going??? i struggle at times like this when i'm so very busy.
