- I am a mother and wife dedicated to providing my family healthy and safe alternatives to today's poor food habits. I am almost completely Vegan and most definitely a vegetarian. I am always on the hunt for recipes that not just myself, but my family will like and looking for ways to transition my whole family to this way of eating. I am working towards becoming a holistic chef in the hopes to one day assist others on their journey. Namaste
