About Me: (at least a couple of sentences; ex: family, interests, hobbies, favorite quote, personal mission statement, etc
About to embark on a journey of changing my entire way of eating. I want to live my life mostly vegan and partial raw. I love meat but I want it to become a rare treat for me (I am a sucker for a medium rare grass fed steak...and curried goat...and lobster...). I just turned 40 and I want to live for another 60 years :-). I know a diet of mostly raw fruits and veggies is the best way to make that happen. .

I have been vegan for a week and I am going on a juice cleanse 1/7/13 in order to reset my body....wish me luck!

I have been a vegetarian for 6 weeks with the last week as a vegan in order to get the most out of my cleanse. Whenever I make juice, I just throw things together till I like the taste (not celery though. Just don't like it). I was wondering if there are recipes that anyone would like to share with me to make my fast not so boring. I like… Continue
