Eating 100% raw is the ideal for me. I aspire to that idea. But I have not manifested such an aspiration... and when I eat bread or meat or whatever I tend to feel guilty because I had set a goal for myself, and have 'let myself down' so to speak. So I bought this book called Rawmazing by Powers... and the recipes look delicious! I am going to incorporate them into my diet. its true. when I am around negative people, I tend to feel drained, depressed, critical... guess what! that affects my food choices. SO! I am going to attempt to limit my interaction with draining negative people, and I am going to strive to keep my own spirit uplifted and fresh as well.
