What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
I would like from this community, support on the journey yes, mainly because I live in a household of men who eat anything they want. I'd like help over the rough spots, recipes and menus.

"Crimes of opportunity"?

What to you do when facing what I call  a 'crime of opportunity'. It's not always about time or convenience!  

There's got be a better way to handle a poor food choice, and I should analyze why I ate it in the first place.  I remember thinking,   "Oh,  xxxxx won't hurt after all it's only the first, second ,or you get the picture, day of the week/initiative and weigh in day is xxx days away."  I have just given myself permission to eat something that I shouldn't eat.

Remembering Why

A little help here!!

A little help here!! Got a dinner out with my lovely mother-in-law and when she wants to go to Longhorn Steak house, we go. Reviewing their menu where I am in TN shows a cole slaw and a mixed green salad. Any suggestions for me to stay raw?

Ok, I planted these the 1st of February but I did it in an area that stays just above freezing so it didn't grow too fast.




Promptly juiced an ounce (around noon) and drank it like a shot of tequila. Whew, that is one strong shot of health. I may dilute the next shot down a bit :- )



I'm open to ideas on how best to add this to my regime. I have no health issues except weight and eyesight. I only want to add more greens to my raw journey, and I would love to…

that we do not have a "wagon" here at the Raw Food Rehab Mansion!

We ride around "in style" ...we have a limousine....
and I can't find a great reason to leave THIS limo!
Besides, Charles, our RFR Limo Driver has secured and locked the doors!! : )
