I'm and actor/singer/theatre director, married with 2 children and 2 grandchildren. Have been interested in nutrition for at least 40 years and I'm a raw foodie (90-95%). Love music, reading, hiking in the mountains, theatre and movies.

Back at the Hab

I haven't been on the site for a while.  Winter was a difficult time for me and I was eating more cooked foods - still at least 60-75% raw most days, but not always making the best choices.  I found myself putting on some weight as a result - not a lot, but enough to make my clothes feel just a bit tight.  So with the onset of spring, getting out for more walks and feeling more positive I'm back to about 90% raw, have released a couple of pounds and I'm getting back in stride.  I plan to…
