Whooops! Mixed the chia with the alfalfa seeds...please help!

So I spent a while tonight getting all of my bulk dry goods organized into labeled jars. I had a few things that I had already been using that I'd put into jars but hadn't labeled yet, including alfalfa seed. I thought the alfalfa seed was chia seed (this is the first time I've bought chia seed) and I mixed the two. I'm so grateful and exhilarated to be part of the Go FRESH! initiative, and am truly feeling on top of the world!

 

I have so much more confidence in my success this time too (I think getting a little sunshine this weekend...before the rains start this week, has helped :-)

So here I am, once again preparing for the 28-day Total Reset Cleanse. I attempted this last year too and made it for two weeks...the longest period of time I've ever eaten totally raw food.

 

My downfall:

 

1. I love to eat...AND I LOVE to cook, bake, fry, simmer, saute, sear, grille, roast, braise, toast, FOOD!

 

2. My family loves to eat any food that I have prepared in any of the above ways.
