What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
Moral support is something I'd never turn down. My fitness program is pretty strong, but I'm always open to new ideas. Recipes and suggestions to get through the winter now that I'm no longer in sunny Cali would be great as well.

Rehab - Day 24, I Ate . . .

1 apple with 1/2 ounce of cheese and a handful of nuts

1 cup of coffee

1 Green Superfood drink

1 hunk of Raw Breakfast Crust, topped with coconut oil and a drop of agave

2nd cup of coffee (that's a cheat)

chia pudding with chopped apples, raisins and nuts



It's finally getting easier to eat Raw without feeling deprived. When I came back from travelling, I struggled, even though I ate mostly Raw on the trip. Breaking rules for a short time, makes me want to…

huge salad: mache, tomatoes, avocado, lightly sauteed onions, topped with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic

1 cup of coffee

chia pudding mixed with raisins and sliced bananas (too lazy to chop nuts today)

Sushi and sashi (which was a mistake, because I definitely got some wheat in the sushi, and my face is definitely breaking out--lesson learned!)

Huge salad: romaine, tomatoes, red onions, and cucumbers
Chia pudding with nuts, raisins, and bananas
Raw onion bread with Raw bacon, tomatoes and avocado (Need to make more onion bread!)
Raw red pepper soup
1 cup of coffee
