Congratulations on your success! We all understand that there is very little support in our familes, community, and media to support our raw foods efforts. You did it anyway!
The description you quoted that your loved ones are concerned about raises a red flag to me that it may be time to make some adjustments. Perhaps you can ponder some of these thoughts:
Am I getting enought calories to be able to exercise and build muscle?
Am I exercising and weight training?
Am I supplementing B12?
Did the fast weight loss cause sagging skin?
Why don't I appear vibrant and healthy to them?
Have I accomplished the healthy goals I set out for and can be done with the feast?
How can I transition to a raw vegan, lowfat lifestyle with the support of my family?
Where are the sales on quality clothes that fit my leaner frame?
Happy pondering and congratulations!
