hi everyone, I just recently discovered the 'raw' food diet. A few weeks ago I was on youtube looking for kale recipes, and came across some raw ones...well that lead to more and more raw food recipes, and before you knew it, I was intrigued by what I was finding out. It's like everything made sense to me. This lifestyle fits in with my beliefs about modern agriculture industry, and how it is making the populations sicker and sicker. As well, I no longer want to be responsible for the suffering of any living creature. I'm already feeling pressure from family and friends who think I am crazy, but I am determined to walk this path.
Other than this, I am a single gal, who works full time, and is an artist part time :-)
What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
I love reading recipe's as I am new to this, and getting advice. I also enjoy reading about others' journey to a more raw diet. This is not an easy thing to do in our society- especially where I come from, so I look forward to being among like minded folks.

You are never stuck. Things can and do and always will change. It is hard to remember this in the darkest hours. But do not believe that you are stuck. Change is inevitable. Breakthroughs happen every day. Know that every little hope, every positive idea and every struggling step forward is a sure step on the path to a breakthrough.
