My whole life i have been interested in health, but just this year getting into juicing/raw lifestyle :)

What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)

Thanks for adding me as a friend, Beth. This is one of my favorite combinations for making a green smoothie. Blend: Two oranges, huge handful of baby spinach, liquid Stevia to taste for sweetness, almond milk for my liquid and flavor. Add ice or serve over ice. Enjoy! It reminds me of the sugary Orange Julius my children would buy out at the Mall. Have a great day : )
