I'm married, love crossfit, Bikram yoga, am starting school again for OT. I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING the Paleo Diet and after research, many raw, or about 85%raw friends I am convinced that this is the lifestyle for me. I am miserably ill and want to heal from the inside out. I met with my raw nutritionist yesterday and was given recipes to start a 30 day juice cleanse!!
How did you hear about our community?

What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
Not much, fruit and veggies , but Paleo focuses on large portions of any lean meat.
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)

Thanks for adding me as a friend, Beth. This is one of my favorite combinations for making a green smoothie. Blend: Two oranges, huge handful of baby spinach, liquid Stevia to taste for sweetness, ½ teaspoon vanilla if you like, almond milk for my liquid and flavor. Add ice or serve over ice. Enjoy! It reminds me of the sugary Orange Julius my children would buy out at the Mall. Have a great day : )
