I've been eating raw since March 2009. Most of the time I'm 100% raw but I've had some crashes. I have been at Hippocrates twice for their 3 week program and am trying hard to stay raw. Here in Japan it's difficult as you can't get salads in restaurants very easily, and of course, there are no raw food restaurants. I have to order many raw products from the States, so it's expensive. The good side is that there's plenty of readily available seaweed here.
