"I am transitioning...verrry slowly. So far I am dairy and gluten free (and veg)...and having 1-3 pieces of fruit everyday. I know it isn't much, but I am purposely going slow this time in hopes that all my changes will be lifers. :)"

Someone had posted a 'North Star' plan of direction and I thought I would follow suit for the upcoming Resolve to Evolve Initiative.

My plan involves 3 legs...and a 3-legged stool I think, engineering-wise, is the most stable design. So that is cool.

Yes, the title is mainly the blog actually, lol.

 

I am not really starting anything prior, just nailing down what I'm going to actually be doing, my rules, etc. Organizing my kitchen, doing some meal planning and shopping for that.

 

I have been raw before, so it's not unfamiliar territory to me, but I am literally pretty much a SAD eater right now, less the meat and not much dairy or gluten in my diet, but still find lots of junk working it's way in on a daily…

well SOMEHOW I have made it all raw today! I say somehow because I am the QUEEN of false starts....funny! but not, lol....aaah never take yourself too seriously I suppose.



and for this, I thank the 28 day cleanse, and I thank Penni for making it sound like a fun idea...she is so positive, sometimes I get that positivity from other people, when I appear to have a depleted level, lol.
