I've recently re-connected back here on Raw Food Rehab and have read so many blogs and posts, positives, struggles, and I've come to the conclusion that it really is a journey of progression, wellness and enhanced health and kindness and love to ourselves and no judgement.

Gill Cooke said… Hi Avril, thanks for commenting on my blog - when you say 'wraps' do you mean like wheat, tortilla wraps? I have those sometimes - they are handy to fill with good stuff, Well done with the green juices.

Penni said… Things are pretty mellow around here these days... It seems that so many of our friends spend more time on Facebook than at the Hab, which is understandable because it's just so easy. Our Facebook page there has taken off, with double the amount of friends/followers than here.
I've been very focused on caring for my dad in this final stage of his life, and I know that I'll not regret this precious time. I do feel that there is a recreation that seems to be happening on the inside of me during this period of "down-time." It will be interesting to see what it all looks like once the dust settles. I do know that the food is important, but I feel drawn to addressing the larger picture of personal wholeness moving forward.
I just wanted you to know how much I've always appreciated you and your wonderful presence - even though we have never met.
Sending you much love & wishes for vibrant health!!
