So much for my earlier blog post... I ate at a rib shack and had ColdStone for dessert. Oops! I don't feel too bad about it because I am on vacation and have pretty much stuck with my program although I know that I shouldn't have splurged.
I would love some encourgement for the weekend as that is typically my hardest part of the week! I feel so privilege to be apart of such a great support system!
