Breakfast: 8oz freshly juiced carrots, BarleyMax
Snack: 8 raw almonds
Lunch: grapes, turkey, field peas
Snack: few bites of banana

Estimated calorie intake so far (as of 4:56pm): 650

Plans for the coming week...

* Drink 6oz of carrot juice and barley max for breakfast every day this week
* Morning snack: piece of fruit
* Lunch: big salad with homemade dressing
* Afternoon snack: veggie snack or VitaMix shake
* Supper: Be creative! Raw!

Day 6 of 77, Part 2

So much for my earlier blog post... I ate at a rib shack and had ColdStone for dessert. Oops! I don't feel too bad about it because I am on vacation and have pretty much stuck with my program although I know that I shouldn't have splurged.

I would love some encourgement for the weekend as that is typically my hardest part of the week! I feel so privilege to be apart of such a great support system!
