I have some health issues and for the last 10-15 years have tried everything from food combining to low carbs and the only success I have had is with raw foods.
How did you hear about our community?
dara dubinet and bill barlow on my fb friends list. Started on raw by watching dan mcdonald videos a little over a year ago.
What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
at least 90%. The past 3 weeks all raw and currently doing my first water fast but I have only made it a day and 1/2, feeling gas pains due to a gallstone and severe hunger. think i may juice today.
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
