Cleanse America 2 here I come!!!!

I excited about this cleanse America round 2. Is it a coincidence that our first farmers market is the 16th??? I think not. I know it will be imported foods from the south and not our locally grown. But it is the thought that counts. Go team!

My mom called and said she went to a farmers market today...I am in cold ohio and ours close untill middle of summer..I need to move..there is nothing.like fresh fruit..I was missing at least one thing from each smoothie type..I Am not culinarily talented to substitute one for the other...but I will go on alright...my inflimation is a little painful today so I am a little off balance...hurts to walk..but I will triumph....

So all the things I as woried about have fallen by the wayside..except not chewing is still weird.but I cannot believe I am not starving..I am feeling better every day..of course everywhere I go is a temptation..thaat goes for smelling, looking, etc..but it is just a mind game of th sugar craving filling the void..oh yea and my family eating "normal"dinner does not help either..bt I cannot be mad at them beause of my decision to get my life back on track..and this time stay that way!

Hi Ambur -just saw your intro and thought I'd just like to say as one fallible human being to another - please dont beat yourself up about anything. Get motivated for sure, realize when you're off track and get back on as soon as you can, and then be kind to yourself (and I mean make the best choices that will benefit you).

Working in a hospice would I imagine use a lot of emotional energy, not to mention having a family, so use what energy you've got left to be your own best friend.  I gave up giving myself a hard time about anything a while back. It doesnt't help. Accountable - yes,  Judgemental - no.

All the best as you go forward.

Thanks for adding me as a friend, Ambur. This is one of my favorite combinations for making a green smoothie. Blend: Two oranges, huge handful of baby spinach, liquid Stevia to taste for sweetness, ½ teaspoon vanilla if you like, almond milk for my liquid and flavor. Add ice or serve over ice. Enjoy! It reminds me of the sugary Orange Julius my children would buy out at the Mall. Have a great day : )
