I am currently a Tranionformational Life Coach, I love culture & diversity as well as travel, Some of the people whom I admire are: Tony Robbins, Eckert Tolle, and Martin Luther King Jr. I hope to make a difference in the world as we all continue to grow and explore what is availabe living a life of full authenticity.
What percentage of your current diet would you estimate is raw foods? (this answer many change over time)
How are you hoping this community can best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc)
Inspiration and Transition. I have always loved raw foods, but I feel like I need more "tools" to truly be able to fully embrace the Raw foods Diet. I love variety, and when I have tried on my own I was getting bored. Right now I am about 70% vegetarian.

You are never stuck. Things can and do and always will change. It is hard to remember this in the darkest hours. But do not believe that you are stuck. Change is inevitable. Breakthroughs happen every day. Know that every little hope, every positive idea and every struggling step forward is a sure step on the path to a breakthrough.
