I am an artistically inclined, reader, health nut, wilderness explorer, and tribal social worker located on the perfect shores of northwestern Michigan's lower peninsula.
How did you hear about our community?
A friend told me of Raw Food Rehab.
What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
In addition to being a vegetarian, my diet is free of grain, dairy, soy, caffeine, alcohol, sugar, and salt. My meals consist of fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, eggs, and quinoa.
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
I anticipate Raw Food Rehab will contribute to my education of health, but I also look forward to the inspiration this community will surely provide.
