I’ve been hanging around here for quite a while and I finally decided it’s time to step up and really work on my health. The only way I can do that is to share my journey, good or bad, with someone. I don’t want to just keep thinking about making changes. I want to take the steps need to make the changes that will lead me to a healthier life.
So here they are, my goals for the month of July:
