2. Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric paste to 2 cups of homemade sweetened hemp milk. I used dates as a sweetener when making the batch of milk. You could make unsweetened hemp milk instead and sweeten at the end when adding the other flavorings. Sometimes I do just that and add honey.
Heat slightly. Remove from heat.
3. Next add 1/2 teaspoon of coconut, sesame, or udos oil for lubrication of the joints. I like the coconut oil. :)
4. Stir in cinnamon, cardamon, ginger powder seasonings for extra flavor.
