tumeric pickle, boil cup of water with 2 tablespoon of organic vinegar pinch of pink salt to your taste, 1 tablespoon of organic sugar optional, pour it in mason jar add finely sliced fresh turmeric, add cup of cold water in the jar right away so it don't cook , keep on counter 2 - 3 weeks and its ready to eat :)

what kind of vinegar do you use for this recipe? Is apple cider vinegar okay to use here?
