I too have a Cabela's dehydrator. Probably one step down from this bad boy!!! :D Still, it's pretty big! Love it.

It takes some some time to gather the recipes and decided what you will make. It has twelve trays so you can do several different things at one time. Never forget those fruit roll ups my daughter loves them! Two tray's are gone in about 24 hours.lol

That thing is huge. Wow. It looks cool though. Get a lot of work done in that. The price was not that bad either.

I just received mine today and have NOT even had a chance to try it out yet. It's HUGE! Can you tell me anything about it you think I should know about using it? I still have to put the feet on and wash it. Plus, I have to go buy groceries, so anything at all will be helpful. I know about the knotched rack going on top. Did you buy screens or sheets? I read where someone said the needlepoint plastic thingys will work, and parchment paper will work. What do you think?

My Husband built the rolly cart for me. we live in Florida so in the summer we have to run it outside. But in the winter we will run it inside.
