How could I be so remiss?!!!  The first thing I should have said is that it's so nice to see your lovely face again Penni, I missed you. You are the constant and we expect to see your smiling face....but we shouldn't take you for granted for that I'm sorry : ) So glad to be back. Love Angela XXX

This looks so yum Penni must go check out Dara's website. I've been a bit (a lot) lost for a while so I think it's time to "come home" again : )   It was so nice be greeted by photos of Heather and Isle Girl  - Hello to you all.   Lots of love Angela XXX

So glad you like it, Isegirl! I like it better as an addition to a smoothie, although as the weather gets colder, I may try to start drinking it hot again. Glad to have you here with us again : )

I tried this yesterday and it was delicious.  For me, it's much better this way than using the tonic by itself.  And I know it's good for me.  Thank you Penni.
