Raw Vegan Chocolate

Making your own living chocolate is so much fun! You can add your favorite flavors, sweeteners, nuts and superfoods. The version featured here contains:

- Raw Cacao Powder
- Raw Cacao Butter
- Raw Coconut Butter
- Stevia Extract
- Vanilla Bean
- Bee Pollen Granules
- Lecithin Granules (help with the metabolism of fats)
- Lucuma Powder
- Mesquite Powder
- Maca Powder
- Sunwarrior Protein

I also like to add hazelnuts, goji berries and orange zest to give it fruitier flavor.

The best part is that by adding Stevia as opposed to agave syrup or honey, I don't have to worry that my blood sugar will spike up after eating it. Stevia has zero calories, the lowest glycemic index of all sweeteners and doesn't feed the "bad" bacteria and fungi in your intestines. It tastes yummy too!
