Pumpkin Spice Chia Porridge

I was just messing around in the kitchen & this delicious pumpkin spice chia porridge happened! It's just chia seeds soaked in date sweetened almond milk w/ vanilla, pumpkin pie spice & a little carrot juice for color!

I recently did a similar concoction with chia and almond milk, along with canned pumpkin, dates and spices - it became a wonderful pumpkin pudding.

yummmmmmmmmmmmy. Love the chia. I use it in my dehydrator crackers/bread too. Thanks for sharing this yummy idea and photo.

Oh I know about that! I dump quite a pile in my smoothie every morning, sometimes that bag just slips out of your hand! By the mid-afternoon I need a hammer and chisel to finish the smoothie!

I've also used the chia seeds mixed in with my carrot pulp crackers and my raw granola, they really hold things together.

I want to make it with real pumpkin! And chia seeds seem to make anything set! I think using enough chia seeds is the key.

I wonder how it would be with pumpkin in it. Would the Chia seeds be enough to make it set?
