I didn't have any dates on hand .... so I used some raisins.

A tiny amount, it's a small batch. Lessee... 0,42 cups, so let's make that a half a cup.

How many cups is 1 dl of almonds?

I'm posting it here since it's not really my recipe but from a cook book.
1 dl almonds
half a tbs almond oil (I used coconut oil which might make the ginger taste more prominent)
2 large dates
1 tsp cinnamon
0,2 tps ginger
6 cloves ground up or approx. 1 tps of clove powder
dash of salt
1 tbs of honey or until the mixture has the right consistency (I used more)

Grind the almonds to a powder. Ad oil and dates and mix until smooth. Ad spices and salt, mix until even. Stir in honey until the mixture is enough like ginger bread dough and can be spread out on the table with a rolling pin to be cut into gingerbread cookies. OR just roll them into balls. :)
