Bright & Happy Breakfast on a Dark & Dreary Day

Sometimes when there is no sunshine, you just have to make & eat your own!

Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

1 small mango, peeled & seeded
handful fresh strawberries &/or raspberries (frozen is fine)
1 fresh or frozen banana
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
coconut water (or plain water), to blend

One the ingredients are well blended, add to a bowl and top with:
fresh berries
coconut flakes
orange sections
goji berries
hemp seeds

I also have some great silicon ice cube trays that make huge ice cubes in which I add fresh fruit & herbs - makes water more enjoyable to drink!
And always fresh flowers from the farmers' market - it is a personal pleasure I gift myself!!
