The buckwheat gronala I used here was actually by a compnay called Go Raw. It's kind of expensive, I thought - something like $12 for a pound. BUT I was pressed for time and decided it would be worth it this time. I've used it ALOT and just sprinkle it around on things like this, my salads, yogurt, etc. It is pretty tasteless, but adds lots of nutritional value and very nice crunch!
