Juice of 2 large oranges (I love Cara Cara, if you can find them)
1-2 ripe bananas
2 handfuls of spinach, or other green of your choice
Sunflower greens/sprouts - 2 handfuls or more to taste
Fresh grated ginger, to taste
1 small avocado
Tops with fresh berries
In a blender, combine all the ingredients, adding the avocado at the end of blending, only until smooth. Serve in a bowl and top with fresh fruit.
