I’m 63 but have no wisdom to give. I’ve allowed depression to take over so much of my life but I’m here now, fighting back.

With the Grace of G-d , I escaped the  treadmill at  age 53 after  running on the treadmill of employment ( career) for 30 consecutive years.  As I tell my friend, "One retires from our job or carrer, we NEVER retire from life and living " !

On this site I feel so much like I am home. Living in Costa Rica has been a challenge culturally and there really is no place like home ( you go Dorothy).  The greatest investment we have is our health, let us make daily deposit sto recive a lifetime of benefits, dividends and prosperity.

If you are here ( duh) and are walking the walk than you are truly blessed !

My name is Judy and I am 63 years young.    I have now been 100% 80/10/10 raw since May 2008 and feel great.  So glad to be here with like minded people.  Life doesn't get any better than this.

Married to an Elderberry, I'm 52 w/a birthday right around the corner, husband is 65.  Also I'm one of those Elderbuds in waiting who plan to live long and prosper so I too wish to learn from and be inspired by you wise ones!

Hi all, I'm 66 years young. Used to like to walk and need to get back into the habit of it and exercising. Love to read, travel and very interested in health and wellness including eating healthy. Work from home and love it.

So very excited to be here!  I LOVE connecting to all age raw foodists, but I think there is something really special about those of us who either come to this later in life or continue on this path as we age.

I am 62 years young, and I feel better than I've felt in my life.  A high raw vegan lifestyle has helped me heal from lupus (and four other autoimmune diseases) without traditional meds, get rid of arthritis pain without meds, stay active in the gym, and maintain a decent weight.  I'm still trying to release a little excess weight and kick a thyroid issue to the curb but am confident that will happen, too.

I am so very grateful especially to Penni and Susan for helping me more than I can ever describe in words.  And, now we have a room!  How cool is that!
