Raw Food Rehab

Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!

I'm sorry if this has been posted before but I've decided to start school again and would like to get a degree in holistic nutrition or something very similar. I see a lot of holistic nutrition "certificates" which is not what I'm interested in. I've already taken some college classes so I would like to just go all the way and get a bachelor's.
Can anyone recommend a good online school?

There is Clayton College of Natural Health and University of Natural Health.

David Klein promotes University of Natural Health. The school is pro raw foods. Awhile ago I found someone (online) who had attended both schools and preferred University of Natural Health.
thank you!
I had recently heard there was some scuttlebutt that had happened with Clayton College....it seems like our member Jodi Clark was enrolled, so I would ask her about her experience there.
Good morning. There is on online bachelors program in health sciences at Thompson Rivers University a fully accredited, diverse program with transferable credits : )
I am no help here whatsoever, but what a wonderful idea! Good luck in your search!
Ok, scratch Clayton College off the list. I think they closed.
Does anyone know the story on what happened to Clayton College? I received my Bachelor's degree in Holistic Nutrition from them a few years ago and I liked the program. I wonder why they closed? Kind of strange...
The Tree of Life do their Masters Programme in Spiritual/Live Food Nutrition. The course looks amazing. It is affiliated to a University but I'm not sure the uni is academically accredited so you'd have to check that out.
Clayton College of Natural Health is who I went though, I'm not sure how they compare to anyone else though and so far that I know unless it's new they do not have any raw food nutrition classes.
Hi Christanlane,
I am graduating from CCNH in a month or two. They closed due to the economy, the previous students are finishing up their current programs. After that I will be moving forward with the University of Natural Medicine to get my Masters then on to my PhD http://www.universitynaturalmedicine.org/index.html (they based out of New Mexico). I really like their program as it requires clinic hours (and provides opportunities in the US as well as around the world to complete them) and the classes are created by the top professional of each subject. Like Jeanne Rose created the aromatherapy course, David Frawley created the Ayurveda course, etc... I am excited about the variety of classes as well as the depth of clinical test reading, live blood cell analysis, etc. (as you can tell I am excited and a little geeky). So that is my two cents. Let me know what you end up doing.
