HELP!!!!  in an effort to clean the outside of my body in a more friendly way I've tried 2 shampoo/conditoners, Nature's Gate & Kiss My Face both with less than desired results.  Both have left my hair dull and feeling like straw!!  I can't keep buying & trying a new product every week.  Has any one used a product the moisturizes your hair.  I live in Florida so I deal with humid conditions daily.   Thanks,   Susan

AHHHH yes. I want to make a home spa! MAN, I would love to have a sauna or something.

Has anyone used Palette by Nature hair color?  It doesn't have any of the unwanted chemicals. What were your results?

I love Aubrey Organics (hair, skin care)...& Jane Iredale (makeup) :). I love using oils too (coconut, olive, hemp, flax, jojoba, argan, almond, baobab, tamanu, sesame). I'm a major skin care junkie-but Aubrey is my fave skin care line!! They have awesome stuff for hair. Egyptian magic is also wonderful-great for skin & hair....

Hi, folks. I  have posted this in several places and have not received any response. So here I am. I was wondering what products to use on my hair: shampoo, conditioner, product for wavy/frizzy hair. Also, what is a good brand of truly all natural makeup. Right now I use Elizabeth Arden's mineral  foundation and drugstore everything else. I love make up. It is part of my identity and has been for over 40  years. I am trying working diligently to eat clean and raw and I would like to give the outside of my body the same respect. I do use coconut oil for moisturizer and raw honey and organic brown sugar for an exfoliant cleanser. Any suggestions for the rest would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks, everyone!

Cold pressed coconut oil - I have heard alot about how good it is for the skin. I am 37 and feel I look alot older than some other 37 year olds because of my teenage years sunbaking all the time. Now my eyes are showing the signs of ageing more than my friends.

I have quite oily skin so the thought of putting coconut oil straight on my face seems a bit yuck. But I would do it if it meant I would see a change in my skin. I put it on my arms and hands tonight to see how it feels. It just seems to be sitting on my skin and not really sinking in much.

What are peoples thoughts on putting in straight on your face at night?I assume it would stain the sheets also? You would only need the tinest amount as it goes so far.

Any advice would be great.

Re coconut oil, isn't "raw" coconut oil the same as extra virgin coconut oil (unrefined, cold-pressed) ....i.e Nutiva organic extra virgin that is cold-pressed and unrefined? I was using Nutiva both in recipes and on my skin (and face!). Thanks.

Lemonade I don't know specifically because I do the sauna, skin brushing, pool circuit but my cellulite is definitely minimized when I consistently stay on top of that.
